1. Introduction

Welcome to GovernancePulse (governancepulse.vip). These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, digital materials, and goods, effective as of January 1, 2026.

By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Services

We offer board effectiveness coaching sessions tailored to organizational needs. Sessions may be live or virtual as detailed in your engagement agreement.

4. Digital Materials

Our digital products include reports, guides, and toolkits provided in electronic format.

5. Goods

Physical items may include printed manuals or other materials shipped to you.

6. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy

6.1 Coaching Services

All service fees are due in advance. You may cancel or request a date change at least 14 days before the scheduled start to receive a full credit transferable to a future session. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once within six months at no extra charge. We process any approved credit within 7 business days using the original payment method.

6.2 Digital Materials

Digital purchases can be returned for credit within 7 days of initial access if no download has occurred. After a download, all sales are final due to the nature of electronic delivery. Approved credits are issued within 5 business days.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit, provided they are in original condition. You may arrange a replacement or credit via the contact form. We process returns within 10 business days after we receive the goods.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GovernancePulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
